I truly endorse this company to everyone; they treat you like family. If a customer faces any problems with their order, they ensure it gets sorted out to your satisfaction. What this company did for me is something no other would have done. I sent a picture and inquired if I could have it made into a diamond painting. A few adjustments were necessary for the diamond painting to turn out beautifully. Mae and the artist did a fantastic job making sure it looked just right. I ran out of a color in the middle of my project, and I'm really bummed that I can't finish it. I shot an email to ask about getting the color, but I haven't received a response yet.

I truly enjoy the variety, the way things are packaged, and the experience of using the canvas. Currently, I'm tackling a large piece featuring autumn skies and a tornado.

I'm really into Home Craftology. The shipping is pretty quick, and if there's an issue, they jump right on it.

The drills work well, and the stickiness of the canvas is awesome. However, I ran into an issue with the symbols being a bit too faint for most colors. I ended up needing to grab a PDF of the design.

Placing an order with Home Craftology went off without a hitch, and my package showed up right on time. I gotta admit, some of the shipping notifications had me scratching my head about whether my item was on its way or not. But once it was set for delivery, it arrived just like they said it would. I've just started using it, but the quality looks promising, and I'm having a good time working on it.

I really like working on my diamond paintings. The only problem is that the numbers or letters can be tough to tell apart since they’re so close and the colors are similar. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with Craftology. They usually deliver pretty quickly. The rising prices and delivery fees are a bit of a hassle, though.

Mae provided me with fantastic customer service while assisting with a custom design. She was super helpful and really consultative.

In certain areas of the canvas, the glue was lacking, which caused the beads to not adhere properly. I made sure to use paper pieces to avoid any oil transfer from my skin, so I can confidently say that wasn't the issue. Thank goodness this wasn't my first project, or it might've been my last one.

This is a fantastic family-run business that offers top-notch customer support and a huge variety of kits. Their products are of high quality and they keep making them better. Plus, they send out useful newsletters packed with tips every week, and there are always sales and special offers. Seriously, one of the finest diamond painting companies around!
